Moise Ratsara is a pastor in Hartford, MI. He grew up in a missionary home, and lived in 9 countries. He has seen God deliver him and his family from 3 wars and 5 civil wars. Throughout all these experiences, he has gained a deeper respect for the Word of God, a passion for evangelism, and a desire for people to find Jesus Christ. He attended Southern Adventist University where he was involved with PATTEN Towers and SEYC.
