Pastor James Black, Sr. is the director of youth ministries for the North American Division. He oversees Teens, Pathfinders, Master Guides, Young Adults, Adventist Christian Fellowship, and Camp Ministries. Large networks of empowered leaders have been mobilized for each of these ministry disciplines.
