Description

This class will cover efficient methods of growing sweet potato including harvesting, curing, storing and marketing. Sweet potatoes provide an excellent source of income after the outdoor crops are finished for the season. You will also learn about the advantage Adventists have over other farmers when it comes to growing and selling them.
