Evidence-Based Hydrotherapy Against COVID-19

1 of our latest papers that we are about to publish, we are showing how in a patient that started doing the lifestyle changes that Dr.

Sutley was talking about a few minutes ago.

After a couple of weeks of doing those interventions, as he was working together with a medical doctor, he was able to actually save $5, 800 of medication he no longer needed.

We're about to publish that paper in a few weeks.

And this is what these interventions can have the benefit.

Let me share with you another of my previously published clinical cases.

This 1 patient, a classic patient that comes to us.

He has diabetes, He has bad control of his glucose, so he already has some damage to his nerves on his legs.

He also has problems with blood pressure.

Even though he's taking 2 medications, his blood pressure is too high.

So what he did, he did intensive lifestyle changes and in a matter of only 18 days, he was able to lose 16 pounds.

The team of physicians working with him had to stop his medication.

Now after he improved he didn't say oh you know I'm gonna go back to my old lifestyle.

He had cooking classes and all this encouragement during those 18 days so he continues doing the changes at home.

In a matter of 5 months he already has lost 83 pounds.

His physician keeps checking glucose and blood pressure everything completely normal.

He has not been put back on those medications.

And then in a year, 09:11 months, he receives a full physical exam together with some complete laboratories and blood pressure is perfect.

Cholesterol exactly where we want it 140.

Parenthesis is the numbers for the our Europeans and Africans that are watching this program live.

Also LDL 61 perfect that's exactly where we want that bad cholesterol.

Prostate exam also improved, but the most surprising number that we see here is what is called the hemoglobin A1C.

A 5.5 hemoglobin A1C means he is not a diabetic under control of diet and exercise.

And in fact, after a year and a half with the new lifestyle, that has caused him to lose 141 pounds, no longer having issues with his weight, no longer having diabetes, no longer hypertensive and a complete healing has taken over his life.

Now he reports more quality of life, better energy, better thinking capacity, better sleep quality, and so forth.

I mean, stopping this virus is as simple as trying to stop this fish.

Things are increasing exponentially and you have a bunch of people that have it, and you are not stopping it.

So, the problem with this virus has to do with its composition.

This virus has those spike proteins, and those spike proteins will get stuck to different areas of your body, depending what the virus attacks is what gets stuck.

And these proteins actually get stuck to your lungs.

So the problem there is that once they're way down there, there's a lot of trouble getting that virus out.

So then in your lungs, you have this receptor called the ACE2.

And you know, have you heard about the classic conspiracy theorist?

They're like talking about, oh, you know, they invented in the laboratory and they send it to infect everybody.

We know that because these same proteins are found on bats.

This virus came from bats, from violating the principles of not eating those creatures.

So once the virus goes inside your system, the code of the virus gets transmitted into the lung, the virus hijacks your own mechanism and starts to create proteins in order to rebuild itself and starts to make copies of that virus and your own body starts pumping out all these viruses all over the place.

And people should stay home, but some people have this attitude.

Normal people should stay in bed, But people with coronavirus, some of them say it, oh, spread it across the whole canvas nice and even.

By going out and coughing this thing, it goes everywhere.

And the problem with this is the following.

It stops the person spreading it stop it.

That's the 1 that should be wearing a mask.

So 1 thing we need to do, we need to learn to wash our hands properly.

So what you need to do, you need to make sure you cover these areas of your hand.

And when you close the faucet, you do it either with a paper or with your arm because if not, you infect things.

The issue is that this virus stays for 3 days on the surfaces.

So somebody may have cough, put their hand there, and 2 days later you touch there, you grab that.

That's the reason why you need to wash your hands.

Now some people say, well, doctor, I carry with me sanitizer.

In this published study, they were showing up that if you have mucus, the mucus, actually, when you put the sanitizer, the sanitizer doesn't get to the virus.

You need to physically wash the hand to get it out.

And 1 of the huge sources is in your own pocket in the cell phone you're carrying there.

That thing is loaded with germs and so does your keyboard and your mouse.

So that's the reason why when you affect yourself and you touch your face, you pass the virus.

So 1 of the issues with sugar is that the more sugar you eat, the less your immune system works.

And this is a study actually from Albert Sanchez, the 1 that I do research with here from New Start, showing how the problem is not that the immune system, the number gets less, but rather the immune system cannot work properly with that.

You need to learn to control your thinking because if your thinking is not well, your immune system goes down.

That's why, look at this study, spending time in nature, 1 of the best ways of improving your immunity, doing CBT, and exercise on a regular basis.

This is my study in which we were showing how, in fact, Eastern meditation is as good as placebo.

It's no good according to our patient population, more than 6, 000 people in our study.

And we know that we need to use things such as Nitric oxide, the same thing you use to open the arteries on people with atherosclerosis, nitric oxide, this is a published study, will stop the replication of the coronavirus.

Get yourself greens, things like your kale and your celery and so forth.

So 1 of the things you could do is the hot and cold shower, but the issue with the hot and cold shower is that the body doesn't get enough warm.

We want it to be even a little bit warmer than that.

This is what we did when we went and visited the country of Finland.
