Yes, dear Father, we pray that may you keep our eyes fixed upon you.

And Lord, please fill us with your Holy Spirit for we ask this in the loving and precious name of your Son, Jesus, all your children say, Amen.

If you have noticed, if you don't have a mic, my voice really sounds like a little man's voice.

So, praise God for PA system, but we don't have it right now.

So most of you knew that I was not supposed to be this weekend, this weekend's speaker.

And when I received a distress call from Michael, I told him, Brother Michael, I had to pray about it.

And this is the thing that I had been accustomed to before I say yes to any appointment, I have to bring it to the Lord.

I have experienced so many times that I went, even if I did not have peace, it was not good.

So when I said yes to Michael, I didn't even know what to share.

So I have to ask for the Lord's leading in everything.

So whatever the Lord, whatever blessings that you have received this week, it's all because of Him.

So this morning I was praying, Lord what should I share?

I remember before coming to Chattanooga 2 weeks ago, doing a week of prayer, I was even asking, Lord what am I going to share?

And God is so good that He gives the message at the last minute.

So I received a text from 1 of my spiritual fathers.

And this text included this beautiful quote from from Life Sketches.

It says here, very soon, she declared, this is Auntie Ellen, the strife and oppression from foreign nations will break forth with an intensity that you do not now anticipate.

And this is 1 thing that I'd like to say right now, right here, that it is such a blessing to be still gathering together.

Other people in other countries are not allowed to do this, even in countries where it's supposed to be freedom and liberty.

You need to realize the importance of becoming acquainted with God in prayer.

So I believe the restoration was, this is not their idea.

This was a spirit led theme and focus right now.

Because God is really desiring for His people to pray.

Listen friends, this is a beautiful thought.

When you have the assurance that He hears you, you will be cheerful in tribulation.

Friends, this is such a beautiful line, isn't it?

Just imagine, you will be cheerful in tribulation.

Friends, if we are not cheerful right now, even before the tribulation, how can we run with the horses when we could not even keep up with the footmen.

This is just a beautiful reminder that, remember, the joyfulness that we have, that is not manufactured by you.

We could not produce joy as we could not produce love.

We have to get acquainted to the source of all of this.

It says here, you will rise above despondency.

You will rise above despondency because you Experience the quickening influence of the power of God in your hearts.

And this is 1 thing that I realize, that the enemy is allowing all these things so that we will be distracted from focusing our eyes to the source of our strength, to the source of our peace, the source of our joy.

And as I'm going around right now, I could see that the mental health situation is getting worse, is getting worse.

And just imagine, for us in the Philippines before, mental health is just like a very taboo type of thing.

You don't have mental health problem because if you have a problem, you just go to your neighbor unannounced, eat their food, sleep in their bed, and the next day, you take some of their food back home.

But even now in the Philippines, even 12-year-old kids commit suicide.

And friends, the mind is the battleground of the enemy.

And the mind needs to be set in its right focus, when it's set in its right focus, I believe friends, we have a fighting chance.

It's not just we have a fighting chance, we are on the winning side.

Oh, friends, and I told you, I went back again to reading the Patriarchs and Prophets.

Francis, it was such a beautiful, beautiful account to be reminded of God's power and the foolishness of God's church and what we need to learn from them.

And I'd like to ask this question because I've been reading this story, I've heard this story so many times, but I did not get the details, not unless I read this thought.

Remember when Moses and Aaron faced Pharaoh and they brought the rod and the rod transformed into a snake and then the magicians Transformed their rods into snakes as well.

And you know what's the ending that that his snake that God's snake ate up the other snakes Question who among you here thought that the snakes that the magicians made were real snakes?

Okay, there's some honest people who among you here thought that the snakes that the magicians made were real snakes?

Who among you here thought that the snakes of the magicians?

Don't worry, we will not push you off the cliff if you're wrong.

Okay, only a few of us got it wrong, huh?

Friends, I did not realize that that was not real snakes.

I should be reading my Bibles more often.

It says here, the magicians did not really cause their rods to become serpents, but by magic aided by the great deceiver, they were able to produce this appearance.

It was beyond the power of Satan to change the rods into living serpents.

And then it hit me, all the things that somehow we're facing that takes away our peace?

Most of it, if I'll declare, all of it are caused by Him.

And if we focus so much on the deception, my dear friends, we give him the power.

We give him the power and and it says here, oh.

The prince of evil, though possessing all the wisdom and might of a fallen angel, has not power to create or to give life.

But all that was in Satan's power to do, he did.

Friends, this is such a beautiful thought for me.

It's because we give the enemy so much power.

We think that He's powerful, that He could do this, that He could do that, but in reality, His power is very limited.

But since we do not focus on the source, His power is magnified in our eyes.
