The Mystery Revealed

Just to recap briefly for those who weren't, some of those other messages.

First, we talked about the fact that we are Seventh-day Adventists.

That means that our story is found in Scripture.

And if you go there, you'll find that our story of the great disappointment is right there.

There is no other movement out there today who can identify their story with that timeline, with that kind of precision, and with the identifying characteristics like we find in Revelation 12, 17.

Some people sometimes say, well, you think you're the only ones going to heaven?

We have been called and given an assignment to carry and herald the 3 angels' messages to the world.

That means that we have responsibility, just like Israel of old had a responsibility.

God's people in these last days has a responsibility, and it's found in these 3 angels.

And I'll tell you, if you're not hearing these 3 angels being articulated each week, then you need to ask yourself, what are you doing there?

This is a calling that God expects his children to carry these last days.

And our message is to be distinctive, peculiar, not weird, but it is to give the answers the world is searching for.

And there is so much carrying on, can I put it so simple, that's going on in the world with such, you know, trying to get people riled up and excited and just, you know, really revved up with passion, whether it be over some political agenda, something that you're hearing on television?

It is full of drama and just like the plane of Dura when Nebuchadnezzar tried to get the crowd worked up.

But when you fall in love with Jesus and you realize that He has a calling on your life, you don't need all the fancy stuff.

You know, we looked at the first angel's message on Thursday at the assembly, and our simple takeaway was, say yes to God with all your known choices.

That's what God is calling, and if you will do that, you are perfect in the eyes of God.

That is perfect surrender, trusting your life in the Creator's hand.

Then we looked at the second angel last night and we noted that the second angel is a warning to come out of Babylon.

Well, it's specifically a warning that Babylon has fallen, has fallen.

And we noted that Babylon's fall is not yet complete.

Its fall will take place at the very end of time when Satan comes as Christ and wakes up the world with the fact that Jesus has come.

Folks, as we said last night, if Democrats and Republicans come together, that's a miracle.

If Hindus and Buddhists come and bow at the Savior's feet, That's a miracle.

When the whole world has come, and you say there's no way.

If when Satan comes, I agree, Pope can talk all day, that's not going to get everybody on the same page, right?

It's going to take, y'all are a quiet bunch to be so many.

When the Pope proclaims an edict, it's not worked yet.

COVID, you say, well it's going to be a natural, some calamity that's going to bring us all together.

We couldn't even agree on whether we should wear a mask or not.

So it's going to take something more than any human can do.

It's going to take Satan himself coming as the answer to man's cry.

And he will come with a counterfeit gospel, a gospel that is contrary to the everlasting gospel we spoke of last night.

And here's the deal, when you look at Revelation 12 and Revelation 13, you find this threefold union.

You find the dragon working through Rome, pagan Rome.

You find the dragon working through papacy, and you find the dragon working through America, but specifically apostate Protestantism.

That's Protestants that forgot their cause, right?

It's ones who never went all the way with Jesus, and He uses them.

And folks, they are driving the agenda today.

They are driving the agenda, the things that are the talking points on the news, the talking points in these religious gatherings, these talking points at these big gatherings that are taking place, trying to make America great again.

It is the apostate Protestant movement that's doing the driving.

As we talked about last night, the papacy, Spalding and McGann collection, Ellen White tells us, the papacy had her day.

Now it's the time for her daughter, Revelation 17, her daughters, that's apostate Protestants, to have theirs.

And we are told again, Spalding again, that the papacy will come to the Protestants and will tell them to make that image.

Let's remember the warning, third angel's message.

And like I said, if you don't receive and internalize and accept and embrace that first angel's message, the second angel, it'll just sound weird to you.

You'll say it's heretical, you'll say it's too much, it's like get off the beast, let's talk about Jesus.

You won't appreciate the warning Jesus has given if you have at first let Jesus be the King of your heart, sit on the throne of your heart.

Then a third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, if anyone worships the beast in his image and receives his mark on his forehead or on his hand, that he himself shall also drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out full strength into the cup of his indignation.

He shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels and in the presence of the Lamb.

And the smoke of their torment ascends forever and ever, and they have no rest day or night." Let that be a wake-up.

If you are trying to go this on your own terms, even if it's just a slight adjustment to what God has called, then you will have no rest day or night.

Who worshiped the beast in His image, and whoever receives the mark of His name.

Here is the patience of the saints, here are those who keep the commandments of God and the faith of Jesus." That's the third angel.

I ask you, have you heard it proclaimed lately?

More importantly, have you shared it lately?

Or should I ask, Do you know what the message is?

The message is warning against taking the name, the mark or the name, and receiving it to yourself, either in the forehead or the hands.

You understand the forehead is that you buy into it with your mind, you let your mind dwell on that and receive it, or you just simply go through the motions.

Notice the contrast, the seal of God, Revelation chapter 7, verses 1 to 3.

After these things I saw 4 angels standing on the 4 corners of the earth holding the 4 winds of the earth, and that the wind should not blow on the earth, on the sea, or on any tree.

In other words, anywhere on the earth, that is even in the barren places, on the sea which is all the people, or on the trees which if you look at Psalms chapter 1, you realize the trees is talking about the righteous, Those who know and say yes to Jesus with all their known choices.

So he's saying hold back those 4 winds, don't let it harm any 3 of these aspects.

And then, verse 2, I saw another angel ascending from the east having the seal of the living God.

And he cried with a loud voice to the 4 angels to whom it was granted to harm the earth and the sea, saying..." Notice what it said there, did you catch that?

He said to the 1 who was granted to harm the earth and the sea.

Saying, do not harm the earth, the sea, or the trees till we have sealed the servants of God on their foreheads.

God is seeking to seal all the righteous.

He will seal everyone who will allow Him to seal them.

And of course we know what is the seal of God?

It's a sign between us and Him that He is Lord of our life and that when because we have surrendered to Him we are able to rest in His provision knowing that He has changed our hearts so that what we once hated we now love, and what we once loved we now hate.

Listen, you may love what you know you shouldn't, but God, give it to Him.

Put your mind on Him for what you dwell on, what you think about the most will grow.
