Preaching from the Grave

And there's a God who answers prayers, amen.

We need to pray for ourselves as well, for the presence of the living God.

So when we listen, we sit to listen to the Word of God, we know the devil is not happy.

I'm going to bow down and I will say a prayer as you humble yourself before God as well.

Lord in heaven, in your name we have come.

We humble ourselves before Your throne of grace, knowing that You are a God who cares.

You love us so much so that You gave Your only begotten Son to die for us.

We praise you because the battle has ended.

Yes, we can still see the outgoing, what the devil did, but we know that he has been defeated.

We are praying that you will bless us with your presence this afternoon.

You will speak through me to your children.

And we are praying for the sister who is crying.

In the name of Jesus, we pray for your touch, that you will touch her and that she may be healed in the name of Jesus.

You are a God who answers prayers, and when you answer prayer, you answer indeed.

So we pray that things will never be the same again for her, that you will touch her with your divine touch.

And she will be able to testify before your people and give you glory and honor for your workings.

So today, this afternoon, I would like to present the rest of my testimony.

Even right now, the person you see, he is somebody who used to be in the grave.

It didn't take long, though, but I was in my grave, And Jesus took me out of that grave.

He will take you, He will take our beloved ones out of the grave.

It is the story of Jesus and what he can do.

And so the passage we read this morning in Isaiah 40 verse 31 says, even the youth shall faint and be weary, and young men shall utterly fall.

But they that wait upon the Lord, they shall renew their strength.

They shall mount up with wings as eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint.

Now, when he says, they shall renew their strength, it actually means that Even young men, even those who trust in the Lord, they may reach a point where they falter, they stumble, they are weak.

But God promises that for those who trust in Him, they will be able to renew their strength.

We can go through the war, the battle, but we know that the end, Jesus is going to be victorious.

And so, as I said this morning, we know that the Church of God is going to go through a time of trouble, a time of persecution.

And I have no doubt that this time is going to be very soon.

I've seen prophecies and you've seen prophecies unfolding.

You know, when we read the spirit of prophecy, when we read LNG writings, when we read, we studied the Bible as Adventists and go through the prophecies of Daniel and Revelation, we can see for sure that God is in control.

We are not going as if we have no destiny.

We are a prophetic movement and God is in charge.

Why am I saying, when I was, I used to read the, you know, the United States and prophecies and, you know, I was like, wait, we have 2 blocks.

We have the U S and I was like, how on earth will, you know, the US persecute the whole world?

What about the Arab world, the Muslim world?

And we've seen each of those nations kind of disappearing with no apparent reason.

And we're like, what is what came to what worked for the collapse of the Soviet Union?

We just there was no apparent war, but they just disappeared.

There's a prophecy that's being fulfilled.

And of course, I don't have time to go through the prophecies of Revelation.

Chapter 6 talks about the signs of the coming of Jesus Christ.

And some of us are like, wait, that was an earthquake.

Because 200 years or less, it is not an issue.

Remember, the prophecy about the birth of Jesus was announced 600 years before, right?

And when Adam had his first son, he thought actually this must be the Redeemer, this must be the Savior.

He didn't know that 6000 years were going to pass, right?

When Daniel, you know, was God's vision in Daniel chapter 8, right?

And then the Holy 1 said, 2, 300 years, days and evenings, then the sanctuary shall be cleansed.

He was like, Oh, it is going to be tomorrow.

When he heard about the the the the anointed 1 who was going to be cut off.

He was like, maybe it is going to be soon, even though he didn't understand the details.

But it took about 600 years for Jesus to be born.

So these signs announced the coming of Jesus.

In fact, we know what is going on because The next chapter, chapter 7 talks about a silence of a half an hour, right?
